本サービス（Xtend、以下「当社」）は、Threads等のSNSへの投稿を予約・実行するツールを提供します。運営者は ReLoop AIです。お問い合わせ: https://reloop-ai.com/contact/
利用者は自分のログイン情報（メールアドレス・パスワード・APIキー）を自己の責任で管理するものとします。 第三者への譲渡・共有を禁止します。ログイン情報の管理不備により生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
当社は、利用者が本サービスを通じて予約・投稿する文章・画像・動画等の内容（以下「投稿内容」）を、 利用者が依頼した予約・投稿・生成（文章生成・画像生成等）を実行する目的以外で閲覧・確認・監視・利用する ことはありません。投稿内容の事実性・適法性・第三者の権利侵害の有無についての確認・検閲は行わないため、 投稿内容の責任は利用者に帰属します。投稿内容がThreads等の接続先SNSの利用規約・ポリシーや法令に違反した 場合に生じる不利益（投稿の削除・アカウント停止等を含む）について、当社は責任を負いません。
料金は利用者ごとに別途合意した内容、または本サイトの料金案内ページに記載の内容によります。無償で提供 している機能は、当社の裁量により変更・終了する場合があります。
クレジットは、購入（決済の完了）後の取り消し・返金・現金等への換金はできません。有効期限は購入日から 180日で、期限を過ぎた分は失効します。クレジットは本サービスの中でのみ使用できます。
本サービスの文章生成・画像生成等の機能は、外部の生成AI（後述のプライバシーポリシー参照）を利用します。 生成された内容の正確性・最新性・第三者の権利を侵害していないことを当社は保証しません。生成物を投稿・ 利用する前に、利用者ご自身で内容をご確認ください。
投稿の失敗、Threads等の外部サービス側の仕様変更・障害・サービス停止により生じた損害について、当社は 責任を負いません。当社は本サービスの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。
当社は、利用者が本規約に違反した場合、または不正利用が疑われる場合、事前の通知なく本サービスの提供を 停止・制限することができます。プラン・料金・クレジット単価等の内容は、当社の裁量により変更する場合が あり、変更後の内容は本サイトの料金案内ページへの掲載時点から適用されます。
本規約の解釈・適用には日本法を準拠法とします。

Account responsibility: users are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials and must not transfer or share them with third parties.
Post content: we do not view, check, monitor, or use the content of a user's posts (text/images/video) for any purpose other than performing the reservation, posting, or generation the user requested. We do not screen post content for accuracy, legality, or third-party rights. Responsibility for post content lies with the user, and we are not liable for any consequence (including removal or account suspension by a connected SNS) arising from it.
Prohibited conduct: spam; operating another person's account without permission; violating the terms/policies of any connected SNS (including Threads); attacking or reverse-engineering our systems; creating, scheduling, or posting content that violates law or infringes a third party's rights.
Fees / credits: fees are agreed separately with each user or as listed on our pricing page. Any free features may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. Purchased credits cannot be cancelled, refunded, or cashed out, expire 180 days after purchase, and can only be used within the service.
AI-generated output: the text/image generation features use third-party generative AI providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, currency, or non-infringement of generated output; users must review it themselves before posting or otherwise using it.
Disclaimer: we are not liable for damages arising from failed posts or from changes, outages, or discontinuation on the side of external services such as Threads.
Suspension / plan changes: we may suspend or restrict the service without prior notice if a user violates these terms or fraud is suspected. Plans, pricing, and credit unit prices may change at our discretion and apply once posted on our pricing page.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
