データ削除の案内

本サービス（Xtend、運営: ReLoop AI）に保存されている、あなたのThreads関連データ （アクセストークン・ユーザーID・投稿結果・インサイト等）は、以下のいずれかの方法でいつでも削除できます。

削除する方法

  1. 本サービスの設定画面から「接続解除」を行う（即時にアクセストークン等を削除します）
  2. Threadsアプリの設定 → ウェブサイトの権限 から本アプリの許可を取り消す（Meta側から当社へ自動的に 削除通知（Data Deletion Request）が届き、対象データを削除します）
  3. 上記の方法が使えない場合は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口から削除を依頼する

削除リクエストの状況確認

Meta経由での削除リクエストを受け付けると確認コードが発行されます。以下のURLで状況を確認できます。

/data-deletion/status?code=（発行された確認コード）

削除されるデータ

Summary (English)

Any Threads-related data we store for you (access token, user ID, post results, insights) can be deleted at any time by:

  1. Disconnecting from the app's settings screen (deletes the access token immediately),
  2. Removing this app's permission from Threads settings → Websites and apps (Meta sends us an automatic Data Deletion Request and we delete the corresponding data), or
  3. Contacting us at https://reloop-ai.com/contact/ if the above options are not available to you.

When a deletion request is received via Meta, a confirmation code is issued. Check the status at /data-deletion/status?code=(your confirmation code).

What gets deleted: the stored Threads access token, user ID and username; queued posting jobs tied to the account (including their Threads post results); insight metrics for the account; and any unused Threads-connect invitations.
